We just finished a 10 day trip to Greece and it was incredible!! Efi helped to customize a trip for 10 of us that hit everything we wanted to do. We had amazing villas in gorgeous locations. Efi kept in mind that moving 10 people around is not an easy task therefore kept things simple for us. We spent days on Crete where we renewed our vows for our 30th anniversary and Efi helped make that a special evening - by enhancing the setting with flowers and candles. After our time on Crete - we then made our way to Delph and Galaxidi which was a picturesque beautiful town that we never would have found on our own. Our 3 days in Athens were the perfect blending of touring/history and exploring on our own. We would not have had the experience we had without Efi - every single detail, restaurant, transfer and tour was top notch and completely thought out. Efi's attention to detail was top notch. She is sweet, knowledgeable, organized and became one of the family. I cannot recommend Definitely Greece and Efi enough! They kind, thoughtful, engaging, fun to spend time with, and meticulously planned the trip of a lifetime for us after meeting a few times to get to know our love of history, mythology, art, food, beautiful views, beaches, and getting to know the culture of where we are traveling. We had private tours of Athens and the Acropolis with a surprise addition of a play at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus. We explored the beautiful beaches and cities of Paros. Watched breathtaking views of the sunset over the caldera in Santorini, where we also enjoyed a visit to a symposium on the history of Greek music, and a private wine tour with a sommelier. We visited The Temple of Apollo - once considered the center of the world - where the Oracle of Delphi once shared her predictions. We briefly visited Corninth and Napfelion that also included private tours where we learned the history of these ancient cities. And the food... There was so much unbelievably good food and wine often with a spectacular view. I could go on and on about this trip. But what made it even more special was how amazing Efi and everyone on her team was. We miss them already, and can't wait to go back.
