While over in Klima, the two-storied fishing houses are an eccentric addition to a traditional village. From rich purples, deep red and bright yellow trimming, Milos is home to the most beautiful fishing villages in Greece.

Milos has over 70 stunning beaches to choose from, but one in particular has captured the hearts of many. Sarakiniko is one of the most famous beaches in the world. Here you’d be forgiven if you thought you had been transported to a different planet! Like Santorini, Milos is a volcanic island. Sarakiniko is a living remnant of this, with its stark white rocks and cliff faces, offering an experience like no other. The surreal surroundings, moon-like landscape, rockpools and translucent aquamarine waters cannot be missed.

Milos is an island that inspires creativity and exudes intense beauty, so it comes as no surprise that it was once home to the Venus de Milo. The stunning statue of Aphrodite that now resides in the Louvre Museum in Paris. This beautiful piece of ancient Greek art was found not far from the village of Klima on Milos.
